Shipping policy

Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you may feel the need to return your product due to circumstances beyond your or our control. We have all sarees ready to ship. If you want you can view your favourite saree before making payment through an online live call. We do not stitch blouses or Fall piko sarees for Indian customers.

We've listed everything below about our cancellation and refund policy so that if you decide to cancel your order or ask for a refund, you don't face any problems. 

  1. You have to cancel the order on our office phone within 12 hours.
     

  2. As we do not sell our sarees on COD, you have to pay the order in advance through our bank payment gateway. We will refund most of the remaining payment excluding the gateway charge after the order is cancelled. If you pay by credit card, you will get the full payment back to the card.
     

  3. If there is any defect in the saree after the saree is delivered to you, then contact us within two to three hours after taking a picture of the saree. We will definitely change your saree. If we don't have the same saree then we will refund the entire amount sent by you to your account.
     

Important Declaration
 

Remember that when you choose your saree by looking at the image on your mobile, laptop or computer. Two to three per cent colour difference may occur due to colour regulation on your device screen. However, this does not apply to all colours.

We will notify the customer of any changes to our return and refund policy. Apart from this, if you have any questions regarding our sarees or service, please let us know via email or phone.
